Role Description The Purchase Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patparganj Industrial Area. The Purchase Officer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions,
preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments. Daily responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and books required for publishing and distribution operations. The role also involves maintaining accurate purchase records, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing purchasing data to support cost efficiency and quality standards. The Purchase Officer will collaborate closely with finance, warehousing, and editorial teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows and adherence to company policies.
