Role & responsibilities

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (Freshers Welcome) who are passionate about sales and customer relationships. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating and nurturing leads, conducting site visits, negotiating with clients, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM-generated leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them in making informed buying decisions.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth booking and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and company inventory.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MBA preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, insurance, banking, automobile, telecom, or real estate will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
