Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves engaging with customers throughout the sales and ownership lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, coordinating test drives and appointments, maintaining accurate customer records, and following up proactively to address needs and concerns. The executive will collaborate with sales and service teams to support customer satisfaction, handle feedback and escalations professionally,



and assist in loyalty and retention initiatives. The position requires consistent presence in the showroom and office to support walk-in customers and scheduled visits.

- Communication and interpersonal skills: Communication, Customer Service
- Ability to build trust, handle queries and concerns with empathy, and maintain a professional demeanor in a luxury automotive environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive, retail, or hospitality, is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related
