Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7–8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with direct ownership of paid acquisition at consumer scale
- Experience owning CAC and acquisition efficiency end to end — budget, bidding, and channel mix
- Hands-on experience running paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic channels (SEO, ASO, content, referral)
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, and data teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling acquisition in a fintech or wealthtech product, or for a financially sophisticated / high-value audience
- Proficiency in cohort-level CAC analysis, funnel diagnostics, and bid and budget optimisation
- Hands-on experience with marketing attribution and mobile measurement platforms
- Track record of lowering CAC or improving ROAS while scaling spend, not at the cost of quality
- Experience briefing channel- and cohort-specific landing pages and creative — and reading what converts

Spend is scaling fast, the audience spans first-time investors to seasoned high-value ones, and the difference between a good and a excellent acquisition engine shows up directly in CAC, conversion, and the quality of capital that enters the platform.

You will own the top of the funnel end to end — every paid and organic channel, the budget behind it, the attribution that proves it, and the cohort economics that decide where the next rupee goes. You will work directly with senior leadership and founders, with full visibility into business strategy and the latitude to shape how growth gets done.
