Balaji Associates is seeking an experienced Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for government and industrial projects. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, analysing tender documents, preparing technical and financial bids, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions. The role also includes preparation of RA bills and measurement sheets for ongoing projects.

*Key Responsibilities*

Tender Search & Tracking
- Regularly monitor and search tenders on government portals such as MahaTender, IREPS, MAHAGENCO, MAHATRANSCO, PWD, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain an updated register of upcoming, active, and closed tenders with key dates, eligibility criteria, and estimated values.

Tender Analysis
- Thoroughly read and analyse tender documents, including technical specifications, scope of work, eligibility conditions, and financial requirements
- .Identify any clarifications needed and coordinate with internal teams for supporting documents (experience certificates, turnover proofs, financial statements, etc.)

Tender Preparation & Submission
- Prepare complete technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in rate analysis, BOQ alignment, and compliance with tender conditions.
- Upload and submit tenders online within deadlines, ensuring all documentation, EMD, and mandates are correctly attached.
- Maintain systematic records of submitted tenders, login credentials, and communication with tender authorities

RA Bill & Measurement Sheet Preparation
- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills for ongoing projects in coordination with site teams.
- Prepare and verify measurement sheets as per work executed, ensuring alignment with contract rates and drawings.
- Coordinate with the accounts and site teams to ensure timely submission and approval of RA bill
