Job Description:

Role Definition

Provides technical expertise necessary to design all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to

safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Manufacturing engineering for Axle assembly line, Tooling and Layout for facility
- Capacity NCI planning for Axle assembly line.
- Design, update, and modify tool drawings for entire facility
- Create, update, and govern layout drawing for entire facility.
- Troubleshoot and take ICA / PCA actions for all Process BIQ issues in Axle assembly lines.
- Create, update and release BOM for all assembly lines.
- Coordinate ECN changes for assembly lines working closely with production, quality , supply chain , logistics and engineering.
- Proactively take up projects that improve utilization of assets and improve line efficiency and daily output.

Desired Qualifications:
- University or technical school degree in a Manufacturing Engineering-related degree;




- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing and industrial engineering concepts; and
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of Transmission / Gearbox Assembly , Testing and its operation.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of employees , department, vendors and customers.
