1. Technical documentation for software and hardware products based on the Clients Framework. Main activities include:
- Learn and work with Clients software and hardware products.
- Communicate with internal team, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other tech departments.
- Learn clients customer Personas and their specific needs.
- Collaborate with other Technical Writers (client team) in a team environment.
- Author primarily in a structured XML environment (DITA), publishing in a variety of formats including PDF and HTML.

2. Daily tasks are primarily self-directed and include:
- Refer demos, videos and anything else that helps to collect pieces of information to make a larger picture.
- Write task-based topics with related concepts and reference topics as needed.
- Follow client Style Guide and workflow standards for authoring, review, and publishing.

3. Writer uses standard Technical Publications toolset of client, including the following:
- Madcap Flare
- Adobe tools (FrameMaker, InDesign, RoboHelp).
- Good to have knowledge & experience on Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.




- Microsoft Office tools and general skills.
- Good to have knowledge of corporate tools for internal project updates/communications, for example:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Kanban boards.

4. Review and check documents as per approved templates, checklist, and set standards.

Key Qualifications
- Certified Software Technical Writer
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in engineering or science relevant domains
- 1+ years of technical writing experience in a software product development company.
