Teach Me Like 5 is a free learning platform created by Understand Labs, an education technology company focused on making complex subjects intuitive and accessible. The team is rebuilding education from first principles, emphasizing real understanding over rote memorization. Lessons are designed around why concepts exist, the problems they solve, and how they connect to a broader knowledge graph. The platform uses visual thinking, real-world analogies, and interconnected learning to explain topics such as Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Programming, Finance, Law, Business, Taxation, and Cloud Computing. Teach Me Like 5 is being built in public and welcomes curious collaborators who want to help shape the future of education.

Role Description
The Content Designer will design explicit, intuitive learning experiences that explain complex topics in simple, accessible language. Day-to-day work includes planning and structuring lessons,



turning expert research into visual narratives, and using analogies, diagrams, and flows to make concepts easy to understand. The role involves collaborating with educators, researchers, and engineers to align content with the platform’s knowledge graph and first-principles approach. The Content Designer will manage and iterate on content based on learner feedback and data, ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and accessibility. This is a full-time, remote role.

The duration is 2 months with a Stipend of Rs. 21,000/- per month. The applicant should have his own device to work.
