Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and inventory movement across multiple channels.
- Oversee warehouse expansion projects, including current warehouse launches and operational ramp-up.
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment for DTC, owned websites, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms such as Nykaa and other Q-commerce partners.
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes to support business growth.
Cost & Efficiency Management
- Drive cost optimization across:
- Last-mile delivery
- Transportation
- Warehouse operations
- Packaging materials and warehouse consumables
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to budget targets.
Vendor & SLA Management
- Optimize the vendor ecosystem by evaluating performance, reducing inefficiencies, and consolidating where appropriate.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts,
and commercial terms with logistics and warehouse partners.
- Improve service levels, turnaround times, and SLA adherence across partners.
Planning & Inventory Optimization
- Work closely with the planning team to align inventory availability with demand forecasts.
- Utilize forecasting and planning tools to reduce dead stock and improve inventory turns.
- Improve warehouse capacity utilization through better planning and inventory management practices.
Data & Systems
- Build and manage operational dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and planning tools to improve visibility and control.
- Drive data-backed decision-making across the supply chain and cross-functional stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of
4–5 direct reports
and
15–20 team members
overall.
- Build operational capability, establish performance metrics, and drive a culture
