Position: Trade Marketing Executive

? Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

? Experience: 1–2 years

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trade Marketing Executive to join our growing travel and destination marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating events, and representing international tourism brands.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate trade events, seminars, webinars, networking events, and FAM trips

• Manage registrations, attendee databases, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral

• Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors for approvals and marketing assets

• Assist with event logistics, invoices, reimbursements, and operational requirements

• Conduct occasional sales calls and meetings with travel agents and industry partners

• Support destination training sessions and partner engagement initiatives





• Maintain trade databases and assist with newsletters and marketing activities

Who we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, tourism, hospitality, PR, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with clients and partners

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace

• Bachelor's degree

• Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is a plus

• Willingness to travel occasionally within India
