Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Marketer (Engineering Services) who can own end-to-end digital marketing initiatives along with solid content writing capabilities. The role requires a blend of strategy, execution, and storytelling to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.)
- Create high-quality content including blogs, website pages, case studies, LinkedIn posts, and marketing collateral
- Manage and optimize SEO strategy (on-page & off-page) to improve organic traffic
- Run and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation
- Handle social media presence and build brand positioning, especially on LinkedIn
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create industry-specific content (engineering/manufacturing domain preferred)
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate actionable insights




- Manage website updates and ensure content is aligned with marketing goals
- Work closely with sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion

Required Skills
- Strong content writing & storytelling skills (must-have)
- In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemical or any other EPC industries (Must have)
- Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience in B2B marketing (preferably engineering/services domain)
- Good understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver independently

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
