About SCOPE

SCOPE, Skilling College of Paramedical Education, is a healthcare vocational education institution established in 2013.

With eight centres across Mumbai and Pune, SCOPE trains approximately 1,000 students annually and works with over 300 placement partners.

As SCOPE enters its next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced academic leader who can strengthen academic quality, institutional systems, faculty development, industry partnerships and long-term growth.

About the Role

The Director – Academic Excellence & Institutional Development will be responsible for leading SCOPE’s academic strategy, institutional quality, governance, faculty development, programme innovation and academic operations across all centres.

This is a senior leadership position that reports directly to the Managing Trustee.

The role is ideal for someone who wants to build and strengthen an institution,



not simply manage its day-to-day academic functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SCOPE’s academic and institutional strategy.
- Lead academic planning, governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee academic delivery across all centres, including academic calendars, timetables, faculty deployment, practical sessions, assessments, examinations and academic reporting.
- Standardise academic processes and ensure consistent quality across campuses.
- Design, review and improve existing academic programmes.
- Identify and develop new programmes aligned with healthcare workforce requirements.
- Strengthen curriculum design, competency-based learning and outcome-driven education.
- Recruit, mentor and develop faculty members, academic coordinators and centre heads.
- Create faculty development, performance evaluation and leadership development frameworks.
- Improve student retention, academic progress
