Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Immigration Consultant (Fresher) role based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients with immigration-related queries, collecting and reviewing documentation, and helping prepare visa applications under the guidance of senior consultants. The consultant will support case assessments, maintain accurate records,
and stay updated on basic immigration rules and country-specific requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients via email, phone, and in person, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on ongoing cases. The role also includes collaborating with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service and participating in training to build knowledge in global immigration processes.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding or strong interest in Immigration Issues and Global Immigration.
- Basic knowledge of Visas and related application processes.
- Interest in Law and willingness to learn relevant immigration regulations.
- Aptitude for Consulting, including client interaction and advisory support.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
