- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and related services.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
- Implement security measures such as antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls.
- Monitor server health, storage, and system logs.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Install and upgrade operating systems and business applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills




- Robust knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, Firewall).
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹9,835.11 - ₹25,000.00 per month
