Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive who has experience in selling IT services and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and cold-calling skills, be confident in dealing with business owners, and understand IT solutions such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, ERP Software, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Sell IT services including:
- Custom Website Development
- E-commerce Websites
- Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
- ERP & CRM Software
- Digital Marketing
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Graphic Design & Branding




- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings and online demos with potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an advantage).
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Ability to explain technical services in easy business language.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and lead generation
