This is an early-stage product. Things change fast. The architecture isn't finished. Some of today's decisions will be replaced tomorrow possibly by better ones that you design.

What you'll own

You'll work on the foundation of an AI-first backend where performance, scale, and reliability actually matter.

You'll be responsible for:
- Making our vector database quick enough to stay ahead of product growth.
- Treating API latency as an engineering problem worth obsessing over.
- Building data pipelines that can handle inconsistent, real-world inputs instead of perfect datasets.
- Designing systems that remain clean even when requirements don't.
- Shipping improvements continuously instead of waiting for perfect specifications.

This isn't maintenance engineering.





This is building the engine while the car is accelerating.

You should enjoy this role if...
