- Monitoring the healthiness of HSSE functions.
- Execution of HSSE Projects.
- Review of HSSE issues and implementation of improvement program.
- Monitoring the healthiness of the HSSE Systems and Certifications.
- Complying with the rules of the group, central and local laws and regulations.
- ONE MAESTRO Program Co-Ordinator.
Qualifying all contractors working On High-Risk Works to ICC and monitoring.
- To carryout DSA (Daily Safety Audit)
- Preparation of Monthly KPI Reports (Man Hours, Near Misses/ Accidents, Stop Audits)
- All Company Rules and compliance gap analysis and closure.
- To ensure Compliance with the Annual HSSE Training Calendar. (First Aid, Fire Fighting, Oil Spill Control etc)
- Issuing Work Permits & Monitoring the Work.
- Check all Emergency and Safety equipment in the Plant and Prepare Monthly Reports on that (MVSS / DV / GMS /HLA / Tripping /OWS / Smoke detector / Fire Extinguisher / First Aid Box / hose testing / pallet trucks).
- To conduct one Safety Gate Meeting and Safety Committee Meeting Per Month and Action Plan followed up and ensure it is closed.
- Internal and External Audits and HSSE Campaigns.
- 100% reporting of Incident / Accident in the prescribed format.
- Monitoring of the Critical Tasks and performing Task Observation.
- To Coordinate with Plant manager and conduct One Mock Drill per Month as per the calendar.
- Effective implementation of Technical Integrity Management
- HSSE Coordination for One MAESTRO, Industrial Hygiene, HSSE Communication and REX Coordinator
- Integrated Workflow, SAP System
- Environmental Monitoring and AMCs for safety equipment
High-Risk Operations
- High Level of safety issues with regard to Occupational and Project safety.
- General lack of awareness on safety & security issues in the market.
- Challenge to secure competent contractors & skilled staff.
