Role Description
The Social Media Optimization Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Politics of Chandigarh. In this role, the specialist will manage and optimize social media profiles across key platforms to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Daily responsibilities include planning and publishing content, monitoring performance metrics, conducting competitor and trend analysis, and implementing optimization strategies such as hashtag research, posting schedules, and audience targeting.



The specialist will collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and brand guidelines. The role also involves regular reporting on social media performance and recommending data-backed improvements.
