About the Role

The Manager – Tax will be responsible for managing Transfer Pricing and Indirect Tax matters across India and designated APAC entities. The role will lead transfer pricing documentation, monitoring, audit support,



and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) coordination while also overseeing indirect tax compliance, GST audits, GST refunds, and GST reconciliations for India.

The position requires robust technical tax expertise, sound commercial acumen, hands-on SAP experience, and the ability to effectively collaborate with global finance teams, external advisors, and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

What You Will Do

Transfer Pricing – India & APAC
- Lead preparation, review, and coordination of annual Transfer Pricing documentation for India and APAC entities.
- Drive quarterly and annual transfer pricing monitoring to ensure intercompany transactions remain compliant with arm's-length principles.
- Partner with finance teams to identify and address transfer pricing adjustments and true-ups.
