Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Kalyan. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams, and reviewing designs through various stages of approval.



The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that construction aligns with approved plans and quality standards. The Architect will also engage with project management teams, vendors, and clients to support design decisions, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, safe, and aesthetically cohesive spaces.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, and supporting budget adherence.
- Knowledge of Integration between architectural plans and structural, MEP, and interior systems to ensure seamless project execution.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts or design-related digital tools, such as CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), for efficient design and documentation workflo
