This role requires a deep understanding of finance function, processes, and technologies to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and delivery. Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development and Execution Global Billing process for GSI Business:
- Develop and execute a holistic Billing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Assess current finance operations, identify pain points, and define target operating models.
- Develop business cases and ROI analysis for automation initiatives.
- Billing Function Optimization, document ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ billing process maps
- Define automation capabilities,



focus on process simplification and data accuracy in billing
- Redesign, automate and optimize invoicing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement industry best practices and leverage automation technologies (RPA, AI) to streamline operations.
- Implement Transactional Service Team / Centres of Excellence to drive operational excellence.

Technology Implementation and Adoption:
- Lead the integration of finance systems (ERP, BI, etc.) with automation tools
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (cloud, AI, machine learning) to enhance Billing process capabilities.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the invoicing process
- Develop self-service reporting capabilities to empower business users.

Change Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
