The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Website Development, Graphic Design and Video Production.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management
- Understand client business goals and marketing objectives.
- Conduct client onboarding meetings.
- Schedule monthly review meetings and maintain regular communication.
- Build solid client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with SEO, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Social Media, Graphic Design and Video Editing teams.
- Assign and monitor tasks based on project timelines.




- Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Follow up with teams for pending tasks and approvals.
- Maintain project trackers and update project status.

Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate execution of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Website Development, Branding and Social Media projects.
- Ensure campaigns are launched according to the approved timeline.
- Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth execution.

Content & Creative Management
- Review monthly content calendars before client submission.
- Coordinate creative approvals with clients.
- Ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials.
- Maintain quality standards for all deliverables.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present monthly client reports.
- Track campaign performance and project progress.
- Analyze basic KPIs and share improvement recommendations.
- Maintain client documentation and meeting records.
