Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to build, strengthen, and manage relationships with clinics and healthcare providers within our network. This is a field-based role involving regular visits to partner clinics, lead generation, and driving indirect revenue for the organization.
Candidates with prior experience in insurance or health insurance and owning a two-wheeler will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics and healthcare providers
Identify and onboard potential clinics to expand the provider network
Generate leads and drive indirect revenue through strategic partnerships
Act as a bridge between Even Healthcare and partner clinics to ensure smooth operations
Guide partners on optimizing engagement with Even Healthcare services
Conduct regular field visits to strengthen partnerships and resolve operational issues
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and revenue
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or health-tech industry preferred
Strong understanding of clinics, healthcare providers, and insurance services
Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field role
Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler for field visits
