Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements.
- Support invoice processing, expense claims, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate tracking of income, expenses, and outstanding dues.
- Monitor accounts receivable and support follow-ups and collections.
- Handle statutory accounting and compliance requirements.
- Manage statutory payments including GST, TDS, EPFO, and ESI, ensuring timely filing and payments.
- Stay updated with statutory laws, compliance changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organised records of financial transactions, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support internal control activities and documentation.
- Assist with finance-related ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and financial research.




- Provide administrative support to team members when required (planning schedules, travel, appointments, etc.).
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Who/what are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative or accounting role (internships, part-time, or full-time) is a plus.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems.
- Strong understanding of statutory accounting, compliance, and statutory dues.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
