Role Description
This full-time, remote Business Development Trainee role focuses on supporting Bhanzu’s growth across key international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, conducting lead generation activities, and qualifying opportunities through calls, emails,



and online outreach. The role involves performing market research to understand customer segments, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in the edtech and math education space. The trainee will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads, schedule demos, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools, while providing responsive and skilled customer service. This position offers training, mentorship, and exposure to global business development practices within a mission-driven education company.
