JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in Core Data Services (CDS Views) and S/4HANA development. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ABAP on HANA, performance optimization, and modern SAP extensibility techniques. The role involves designing scalable data models, optimizing complex queries, and leading end-to-end development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
ABAP Development
- Design, develop, and maintain complex RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
- Develop classical and OO ABAP programs
- Create and optimize function modules, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, enhancements
- Work with IDOCs, ALE, RFCs, and Web Services
S/4HANA & Fiori Integration
- Experience with S/4HANA data model changes
- Develop OData services using SEGW & CDS
- Exposure to Fiori Elements
- Work on RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) Preferred
Performance & Optimization
- Conduct SQL trace and performance tuning (ST05, SAT)
- Optimize database access and reduce data redundancy
- Implement parallel processing techniques
Technical Leadership
- Lead technical design discussions
- Perform code reviews and enf
