About the Role:

We are looking for an HR & Operations Executive to support our recruitment, people operations, and day-to-day business activities. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, stays organized, and is eager to build a career in HR within a fast-growing technology company.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and be comfortable working in a dynamic workplace where learning and initiative are valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Maintain HR trackers, attendance records, and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal events.
- Work closely with different teams to support day-to-day operational requirements.




- Assist in improving HR processes and maintaining organized internal operations.
- Support management with administrative coordination and follow-up activities.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and build an active online community.
