Our group operates through two established real estate companies with an active inventory of 300+ commercial and residential properties, along with multiple ongoing projects. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Real Estate Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead our team, improve systems, and help scale the business.

This is a leadership role requiring both operational excellence and business development.

Key Responsibilities




- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate office.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of 4–5 members.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Manage commercial and residential property listings and inventory.
- Coordinate property marketing across online and offline channels.
- Work with our in-house media team for drone shoots, video content, photography, and studio production.
- Develop processes to improve efficiency and team performance.
- Track leads, conversions, and sales activities.
- Build relationships with builders, investors, landlords, tenants, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
