Role Overview

We are hiring an R&D; Dairy Technologist with hands-on experience in frozen dessert or yogurt product development. You will be responsible for building our complete product portfolio - formulating, testing, standardising, and scaling up a range of frozen based products.

This is a factory-floor and lab role, not a desk job. You must be willing to work full-time, on-site in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. This is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and standardise a range of frozen dairy-based products across multiple flavour and format variants from initial lab trials through to retail-ready, commercially viable recipes
- Develop products with specific texture, stability, and mouthfeel targets - ensuring consistency across freeze-thaw cycles and suitability for cold chain and commercial production
- Work with natural sweetener systems, probiotic cultures, and clean-label dairy ingredients - balancing taste, functionality, and product stability in frozen applications
- Build the R&D; function from the ground up - SOPs, batch records, product specs,



supplier evaluations - and ensure full compliance with FSSAI standards for frozen dairy categories
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in the frozen dairy space and translate them into relevant, market-ready concepts for the Indian consumer

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in dairy R&D;, frozen product development, or related food manufacturing - inside an actual plant or lab, not purely academic
- Solid working knowledge of dairy fermentation, culture handling, stabiliser and emulsifier systems in frozen product applications
- Practical experience with natural and alternative sweetener systems - including functional challenges like balance, masking, and texture impact
- Solid understanding of cold chain requirements, frozen storage conditions, and FSSAI regulations for dairy and frozen categories
- A self-driven professional who can work independently on the factory floo
