At LogisticsNow, we're hiring an Inside Sales & Pre-Sales Specialist to be the engine room behind our Enterprise SaaS Sales team owning presentations, proposals, meeting follow-through, and inside sales support as we take our logistics intelligence platform to large enterprise customers across India and global markets. If you're sharp with decks, meticulous with follow-up, and thrive working closely with a sales leader to close big deals let's talk.

What You'll Own
- Deal Support (Primary Focus): Work hand-in-hand with the Enterprise Sales lead through every stage of the deal cycle preparing materials, answering client queries, and removing friction to help close deals faster
- Product Demos: Deliver polished, confident product demonstrations to prospective enterprise clients, tailored to their specific use case and pain points
- Presentations & Proposals: Build compelling, customer-ready sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks in partnership with the Enterprise Sales lead
- Follow-Ups: Own consistent, timely follow-up with prospects at every stage of the deal — post-demo,



post-meeting, and post-proposal — to keep deals moving forward
- Lead Generation (~10% of role): Support light lead qualification and outreach as needed, but this is a small, supporting part of the role — not the core focus
- Prepare customer-specific research and account intelligence ahead of enterprise meetings and pitches
- Coordinate cross-functionally with tech, data, and customer success teams to pull together accurate, compelling proposals
- Maintain CRM data, sales collateral, and follow-up trackers so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support RFP/RFI responses and commercial proposal documentation for enterprise deals
- Be the operational backbone that lets the sales lead focus on closing, not chasing paperwork

What We're Looking For -
- 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or inside sales at a reputed company (SaaS, B2B, tech, or enterprise services background
