About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer who can inspire, mentor, and equip youth with the communication skills they need to succeed in higher education and the workplace.
As a trainer, you will create engaging learning experiences, build students' confidence in spoken English, and support their overall employability journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Engaging Training
- Conduct interactive Spoken English sessions using the prescribed curriculum.
- Create a positive,
inclusive, and learner-centric classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials to ensure effective delivery.
Mentor & Support Learners
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and activities.
- Provide individual feedback, coaching, and mentorship to help learners improve their communication skills.
- Motivate students to actively participate and complete the program successfully.
Track Progress & Reporting
- Maintain attendance, assessments, and learner progress records.
- Share regular training updates and reports with the Master Trainer.
- Ensure timely documentation and accurate program reporting.
Collaborate & Contribute
- Work closely with the program team to continuously improve training quality and learner outcomes.
- Support centre activities, workshops, events, and other Lighthouse initiatives whenever required.
