Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications for payroll processing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM Payroll modules such as Core HR, Time & Labor, Perks Administration, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing and resolve them in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) with expertise in Payroll module.
- Strong understanding of core HR concepts including employee data management, time tracking, labor allocation, benefits administration etc.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
