Role Description
The E-commerce Executive will manage and optimize N2X’s online sales channels on a full-time, on-site basis in New Delhi. Responsibilities include overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces and the brand’s website to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. The role involves monitoring daily performance dashboards, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with marketing, supply chain,
and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations and a consistent brand experience. The E-commerce Executive will handle account management tasks with marketplace partners, assist in planning campaign calendars, and support inventory and order management. The role also requires regular reporting, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the overall e-commerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product onboarding across marketplaces and D2C website.
* Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
* Coordinate catalog updates, inventory synchronization, and stock availability.
* Plan and execute discounts, offers, coupons, and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor pricing and ensure marketplace compliance.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with actionable insights.
