Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with clients regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, job descriptions, and overall recruitment productivity.
- Meet hiring targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in SaaS-related hiring is mandatory.
- Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent candidate follow-up and relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-powered recruitment tools.
