About the Role

Codestride AI is looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven
Social Media Head
to lead our brand presence across digital platforms. If you're passionate about building communities, creating engaging content, and becoming the face of a fast-growing tech company, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies.
- Be the
public face of Codestride AI
across digital platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Manage all official social media handles and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, graphics, and campaign content.
- Drive audience engagement, community building, and brand awareness.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates,



and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams for hiring campaigns, product launches, events, and employer branding.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Experience with content planning, scheduling, and campaign management.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Basic photo/video editing skills are highly preferred.
- Solid communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the company's digital presence.
