Material Handling Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily material movement activities.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.
- Optimize material flow to support production and customer requirements.
- Monitor loading, unloading, stacking, and transportation activities.

Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with stores, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Equipment Management
- Ensure proper utilization of forklifts, cranes, pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance team.
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues.

Safety & Compliance
- Enforce EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and company policies.
- Conduct safety inspections and promote secure work practices.




- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
- Participate in safety audits and incident investigations.

Team Coordination
- Supervise operators, technicians, and contract workforce.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules and productivity targets.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze KPIs such as productivity, equipment utilization, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement process optimization initiatives.
