Job Summary:

The Medical Billing Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with healthcare providers, and acquiring clients for medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. The role focuses on expanding the company's client base while maintaining solid customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare industry.

· Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital marketing.

· Build relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations.

· Present medical billing, coding, credentialing, and RCM services to prospective clients.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations,



and product demonstrations.

· Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.

· Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

· Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth client on boarding.

· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.

· Attend healthcare conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
