We are looking for an experienced Support Test Engineer with expertise in Automotive Wire Harness Testing, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Electrical Validation, and Machine Vision (AOI) . The role focuses on troubleshooting, testing, validation, and technical support for automated wire harness testing systems.

Minimum Studies:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics Communication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum Requirements:
- Automotive Wiring Harness Testing
- Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Electrical Testing Troubleshooting
- LabVIEW / TestStand / Python / C#
- CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, CANoe, CANalyzer
- Electrical Schematics Wiring Diagrams
- SQL / MES (Preferred)
- AOI / Machine Vision (Cognex, Keyence, OpenCV) Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Wire Harness ATE systems.
- Perform Continuity, Insulation Resistance, Isolation, and Hipot Testing.




- Diagnose electrical components such as resistors, diodes, relays, and connectors.
- Troubleshoot test fixtures, Interface Test Adapters (ITAs), probes, and hardware issues.
- Use electrical test instruments such as Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter (DMM), LCR Meter, and DC Power Supply.
- Support automation and test software based on LabVIEW and TestStand.
- Analyze CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet communication.
- Perform root cause analysis and optimize test system performance.
- Support AOI/Machine Vision systems using Cognex, Keyence, or OpenCV (preferred).
