Job Requirements:
- The role will be responsible for defining technology strategy, CMDB data model architecture, discovery architecture, data source integrations, HAM/SAM integrations, stakeholder engagement, and technical governance. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, automation, and enterprise-scale configuration management practices.
- Define and drive the enterprise CMDB technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
- Establish technical standards, governance models, and best practices for CMDB implementation and management.
- Provide architectural guidance for configuration management, discovery, integrations, and data governance initiatives.




- Drive continuous improvement and innovation aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and govern Discovery architecture and operational processes.
- Lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.
- Establish standards for automated infrastructure and application discovery.
- Ensure accurate population and maintenance of CI relationships through automated discovery mechanisms.
