Role : Intern HR Operations

Location - Bangalore

Tier – Internship (6 Months)

Qualification – MBA/BBA Working hours – 10-7 PM(5Days Working)

Stipend – 20K

As an Associate - HR Operations, you will play a crucial role with responsibilities that will involve your assistance with day-to-day HR functions, managing employee records, facilitating onboarding, and contributing to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing employee experience and driving operational excellence within the HR function.

Roles and responsibilities

• As the custodian of the Human Resource vertical, you will be responsible for implementing our strategies, systems, processes, and procedures with the HR team to ensure alignment across the organization.

• Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires, including induction, orientation sessions, and documentation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

• Maintain, collate and present HR data in a captivating way for monthly, quarterly,



and annual reports and support data-driven decision making.

• Support various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, performance management, employee background verification, employee grievance, employee insurance, employer branding, employee records and talent acquisition efforts.

• Serve as a key liaison between HR and employees, fostering a supportive setting and ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
