Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IBM TRIRIGA or MREF Techno-Functional Consultant to

provide strategic and technical leadership in the design, configuration, and

implementation of IBM TRIRIGA or IBM Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (MREF)

solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical knowledge of

IBM’s TRIRIGA / MAXIMO Real Estate and Facilities Management platform and

demonstrate the ability to architect scalable, integrated enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a techno-functional consultant for TRIRIGA or MREF implementations, upgrades,

migrations and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into solution designs,



system

configurations, and data models.
- Design and document application architecture, including integration with enterprise

systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, ServiceNow, ESRI).
- Oversee solution configuration, customization, and development activities to ensure

alignment with architectural standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or architecting IBM TRIRIGA or IBM MREF

solutions.
- Proven experience designing enterprise architecture for real estate, facilities, space

management, or workplace management solutions.
- Solid understanding of TRIRIGA platform components, including Application Builder,

Data Modeler, Object Migration, and BIRT reporting.
- Experience with TRIRIGA Application Platform upgrades and integrations using

REST/SOAP APIs, IBM Integration Bus, or
