About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage US accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and client advisory services. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, financial reporting, and tax preparation, with the ability to work directly with US-based clients and internal teams. Demand for India-based CPAs has grown as US firms expand their accounting operations in India.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review US individual and business tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IRS regulations, and applicable accounting standards.
- Assist with audits, financial reviews, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts,



and cash flow reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- Coordinate with US clients, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting processes.

Required Qualifications
- Active US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 37 years of experience in US accounting, tax, or audit.
- Strong understanding of:
- US GAAP
- US Taxation (Individual & Corporate)
- Financial Reporting
- Audit Procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
