Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for conferences, summits, awards, webinars, and other initiatives.
- Prepare annual and event-wise marketing calendars.
- Create campaign plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Drive website traffic, registrations, and lead generation through paid and organic channels.
- Optimize landing pages and digital assets for conversions.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

Event Marketing
- Create and execute promotional campaigns to increase delegate registrations, sponsorship visibility, and award nominations.
- Collaborate with conference production and sales teams to support event marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities.

Content & Brand Management




- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, emailers, newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Work closely with designers and content writers to produce impactful creatives.

Social Media & Communications
- Manage the organization's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Develop content calendars and execute engagement campaigns.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Lead Generation & CRM
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead nurturing and conversions.
- Maintain campaign databases and CRM records.

Analytics & Reporting
- Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze audience behavior
