About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven IT Services Sales Executive with experience selling software development services and digital marketing solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with an IT services company, software development firm, web development agency, or digital marketing agency selling custom software development, website development, mobile app development, UI/UX, SEO, performance marketing, and other technology services.

Note: This is not a SaaS sales role. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience selling IT services, software development services, or digital agency solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.




- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business challenges and technology requirements.
- Sell services including:
- Custom Software Development
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- UI/UX Design
- Digital Marketing
- SEO & Performance Marketing
- Technology Consulting
- Create customized proposals and commercial quotations in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, Software Development Services Sales, or Digital Agency Sales.
- Proven track record of selling software development services, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, or technology consulting services.
- Strong B2B consultative sell
