Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Techno Functional Consultant with 8+ years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, with strong experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, and system integration. This role combines technical proficiency with functional knowledge to deliver enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis and fit-gap assessments to understand client requirements and system capabilities.

Lead and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to develop comprehensive solution architectures

Document functional specifications, technical requirements, and solution designs

Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and system validation

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and manage test case development

Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams





Provide comprehensive post-go-live support, monitoring system performance and resolving issues

Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications

Design and implement API integrations to connect systems and enable data flow between platforms

Design and develop Power BI dashboards and analytics to support business intelligence initiatives

Develop SQL queries and reports for data analysis and validation (nice to have)

Required Qualifications

6 to 8 years of experience as a Techno Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role

Proven expertise in HRMS implementation

Strong background in business analysis and fit-gap analysis

Demonstrated experience with UAT planning and execution

Experience in data migration projects with data validation methodologies

Proficiency in Power BI dashboard design and development

Experience with API integrations and system connectivity
