Office Administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Coordinate housekeeping and office maintenance.
- Manage courier services and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Maintain office asset register

Accounts & Finance Support
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Collect and organize vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with the accountant regarding bills, payments, reimbursements, and GST documents.
- Track receivables and payable follow-ups.
- Maintain digital records of financial documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly expense summaries.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,



Office Administrator, or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹11,239.09 - ₹31,526.41 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- 3years : 1 year (Preferred)
