The RoleAs a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and business leaders to collect, clean, and analyze data. You will play a key role in maintaining our business dashboards, writing queries, and finding trends that help our company grow. This is an entry-level position with immense room for mentorship and career progression.What You’ll DoClean & Prepare Data: Extract, validate, and organize raw data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.Build Dashboards: Maintain and update interactive visual reports to help teams track their daily performance.Run SQL Queries: Write basic scripts to pull specific data sets and answer urgent business questions.Spot Trends: Analyze historical data to find patterns, risks, and new opportunities for improvement.Collaborate: Work with marketing, product, or finance teams to understand their data needs and present your findings clearly.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics,



Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data formatting.SQL Knowledge: Ability to write basic SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN queries to extract data.BI Tools: Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (internship or project experience counts).Mindset: A strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn new technical skills.Bonus Points: Basic familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
