About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a long-term opportunity for a results-driven marketer who has a proven track record of generating qualified leads and delivering measurable ROI.

Previous experience in managing Google & Meta ad campaigns for US-based doctors, hospitals, and clinics is a Plus.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality, targeted leads within the agreed budget.
- Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI and lower cost per lead.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page recommendations.




- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing and optimisation.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Robust understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
- Ability to optimise campaigns based on data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
