Job Summary

Vipany Global Solutions is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to close positions for Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.

Preference: Looking for Male Candidates for this Night Shift Position.

Immediate Joiners are Preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and ATS.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, visa status, and rate expectations.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate rates and close positions within timelines.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.




- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the US staffing lifecycle.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, SAP, Data Engineering, and Full Stack Development.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
