- Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, technical guides, operational procedures, and reference documents.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, technology platforms, products, services, and operational processes.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy,



and adherence to established documentation standards, style guides, and templates.
- Standardize the formatting, structure, and presentation of technical documents.
- Regularly review, update, and revise existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, infrastructure, processes, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), developers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
- Convert complex technical concepts and processes into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, current, and aligned with organizational and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper version control and documentation repositories.
